Housing Authority (HA) is pleased to announce the availability of 34 residential lots and one commercial lot for purchase in the Mokosoi Estate, located in the picturesque Pacific Harbour region. The 34 residential lots range in size and are competitively priced, making homeownership attainable for many Fijians, particularly first-time buyers. This initiative aligns with HA’s ongoing commitment to providing affordable housing solutions for the people of Fiji. The fully serviced lots are located approximately 1.5 km from Pacific Harbour along Queens Road, offering easy access to schools, service stations and shopping centers.
The development offers 34 residential lots ranging from 385 sqm to 612 sqm, with 99-year leases.
To be eligible for a Mokosoi lot, you must be a first-time homeowner, a Fijian citizen with an annual household income of $50,000 or less, able to purchase the land and build a house, and 18 years of age or older.
To express your interest in the Mokosoi Lots, submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) and required documents through the Housing Authority of Fiji’s Online Portal https://portal.housing.com.fj/ following the user guide provided on the website.
To be considered for a lot in Mokosoi Subdivision, you will need to submit the following documents for evaluation: HA Standard Statutory Declaration, Voter ID or a copy of your passport’s bio-data page, your latest stamped payslip, Notice of Assessment (if self-employed), birth certificate and marriage certificate (if applicable), TIN letter or FRCS/FNPF joint card, and your latest FNPF statement.
To determine your household income and facilitate the First Home Ownership Program Grant, please provide details for all spouses (including unemployed spouses), partners in de-facto relationships (with a declaration), proof of marital status changes (divorce certificate, death certificate).
