HOUSING AUTHORITY (HA) invites reputable consultants or companies to provide a tender for Traffic Impact Assessment at the proposed Tacirua Phase II Subdivision, Nasinu. Details of the scope and terms of reference can also be accessed from the TenderLink below.

Interested consultants must demonstrate their ability to undertake the works mentioned above and meet the following criteria:
1. Background of company including names of principals;
2. Evidence of experience in previous projects over the last five years with referees;
3. Financial background and copies of annual accounts for the last 3 years;
4. Compliance certificate from FRCS, FNPF and FNU
5. Public Liability Insurance Cover;
6. Professional Indemnity Cover
7. Compliance certificate from FRCS and FNPF;
8. Details of current and on- going projects; and,
9. Any other relevant information to support your submission.

All interested consultants must register with TenderLink via www.tenderlink.com/housing. Upon registration, the contractor can then download tender documents which will be made available from Monday 12th August, 2024. No documents will be released outside of this date.
