This is a project with the Authority plans to develop in the not too distant future, the land owning unit has offered the Authority 33 acres for this purpose. The land development team have proposed a scheme plan that will deliver a total of 220 lots, survey of the area has been conducted to determine the peripheries. There are other necessary testings that will need to be conducted and completed, the Authority will be engaging an independent engineering consultant to carry out the necessary works.
