Nepani Stage II
The Nepani Stage II subdivision is spread over 40 acres of state land which is expected to deliver 175 fully services lots.
The Authority has also made some land space allocations for the construction of strata units to cater for the growing demand from the low income segment of the market and as such an addition 150 strata units are expected to be constructed at the Nepani subdivision. This project was launched by the Hon. Minister for Local Government, Housing & Environment on the 20th January, 2016.
