The Housing Authority of Fiji (Authority) is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the remaining 50% of its residential lots in Covata, Labasa. This is an opportunity to secure one’s dream home in one of the country’s most vibrant and growing communities in the Northern Division.

Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ritesh Singh, highlighted the exceptional value offered by the Authority’s residential lots in Labasa, which are fully serviced with streetlights, footpaths, green spaces, water and sewer connections, and underground power supply. “These lots are conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Labasa district center and near essential amenities such as schools and shops,” he said.

To apply for a residential lot, one must be a first-time homeowner, have Fiji citizenship, have an annual household income of $50,000 or below, can purchase the land and build a house, and must be 18 years or older.

Expressions of Interest can be submitted online through the Authority’s Customer Portal at https://portal.Housing.com.fj/, with all necessary documentation.

The Housing Authority also provides affordable home financing to help you purchase your land and build your dream home and can facilitate access to the Government’s First Home Ownership Program Grant through the Ministry of Housing.

EOI applications close at midnight on Monday, September 16, 2024.
